Austrian property company Europolis is to lease a 27,000m2 logistics facility to Swedish retailer IKEA at the Poland Central Logistics Park.
Europolis has not disclosed the tenant’s rent but the asking level for the complex is €36 per m2 a year.
The company agreed a joint venture with local developer Poland Central in 2006 to build central and eastern Europe’s biggest logistics park.
Situated 137km south-west of Warsaw, the logistics park, when complete, will provide 530,000 m² of space.
