The Pollen Estate has been promoted David Shaw from non-executive director to chairman.
Shaw is currently thehead of the Regent Street Portfolio at the Crown Estate and a non-executive director of the New West End Company. He will remain in both these roles.
The Pollen Estate owns 43 properties in London including assets on Savile Row and Bond Street.
The Crown Estate, along with Norges Bank Investment Management, bought a 64% stake in The Pollen Estate last year for £381m.
Shaw will start his new role in August.
