The Pollen Estate has appointed Richard Collins as chief operating officer.
Collins was most recently COO at QSix, a specialist real estate asset manager, and prior to that held the same position at Europa Capital, where he helped to grow the business and its product offerings.
Collins succeeds Greg Cooper at the Pollen Estate, which has holdings across east Mayfair, W1, including Savile Row and Cork Street. Cooper is stepping down from the position to spend more time in Edinburgh.
The estate is chaired by Noel Manns and asset managed by Knight Frank.
