Associated British Ports is marketing more than 1m sq ft of development space at the Port of Grimsby – the latest in more than 1,000 acres of land the company wants to free up.
The 89-acre site can support 1.6m sq ft of development and units of between 7,500 sq ft and 210,000 sq ft.
ABP is targeting manufacturing, logistics and low-carbon energy producers. The port is already one of the country’s leading automotive ports and a hub for the offshore wind industry.
