Germany’s Postbank is planning a portfolio sale of 25 offices.
The portfolio, called Victor, could go for between €700m and €800m, according to Financial Times Deutschland, which also put the properties’ total annual rental income at €50m.
The sale, to be conducted by Morgan Stanley, comes at a time when the state wants to sell the Postbank.
Allianz and Commerzbank as well as Deutsche Bank have been named as interested parties.
In April, Deutsche Post sold a property portfolio to US investment firm Lone Star for €1bn.
