Clayform Properties have sold a refurbished shop at 42-43 North Street, Guildford, Surrey, to Postel Investment Management for £1.25m.
The property is next to White Lion Walk, the £23m shopping development built by Tarmac Properties and Clayform and funded by Postel. Clayform acquired the shop from Hillyers Bakeries, refurbished it and let it to Thorn EMI’s Radio Rentals at £52,500 pa.
Hammond Phillips acted for Clayform in the purchase, letting and sale, while Postel were advised by Bernard Thorpe & Partners.
