Postel Property Services are to refurbish the Arndale Shopping Centre in Poole, Dorset, a project that will cost £6m. They bought the headlease of the centre in 1984.
The 90-unit centre has 500,000 sq ft of shopping on the ground floor and first-floor gallery. The refurbishment will include new escalators, a coffee shop and ceilings. Planning has been applied for the work is due to start in June.
Edward Erdman, who advised Postel in the acquisition and refurbishment, will be acting as project co-ordinators.
