Budget retailer Poundland and Danish retailer Tiger have signed 10-year leases in Cwmbran, Wales.
Poundland will double its shop size from 6,300 sq ft to 12,600 sq ft at 1-7 North Walk.
Tiger will occupy a 5,400 sq ft corner shop at Gwent Square, which will be its second shop in Wales.
Rupert Milne, asset manager at M&G Real Estate, said: “As retailers such as Poundland and Tiger expand their operations in Wales, they recognise that Cwmbran Shopping is a priority thanks to the scheme’s commitment to offering consumers and occupiers a clearly defined, yet diverse, retail experience with more than 170 shops.”
