Exel’s logistics operator, Power Europe, has paid Morston Assets £7.8m for 23 acres of land alongside the new M6 toll road.
Power Europe is to develop a 460,000 sq ft distribution centre for Uniler Best Foods on the land, which is part of Morston’s Kingswood Lakeside industrial park near Cannock in Staffordshire.
