PPR Estates has confirmed its acquisition of Chivas House at Chancellor’s Wharf, W6.
The firm intends to bring the office block back into viable use by investing £55m into a regeneration project.
The building provides 34,000 sq ft of workspace across four floors plus undercroft parking, plant space and a large riverside courtyard. It has been vacant since the Covid-19 pandemic amid changing business requirements and is no longer considered to be fit for purpose.
Jon Caplan, managing director at PPR, said: “We are excited to acquire this prime riverside site for our office regeneration portfolio and look forward to working with all our stakeholders to bring it back to life very soon.
“We are already working with potential new occupiers and local planners to ensure the site has a sustainable future that meets Hammersmith’s needs.”
