Prudential Property Services have reorganised their broad range of professional and valuation divisions into one national operation headed by commercial and professional operation director Alan Snowball. The new framework will co-ordinate these specialist skills offered by PPS throughout England and Wales.
As part of this move the land agents team of Prudential Portfolio Managers Property Division, headed by Nicholas Woolley, has been transferred to Prudential Property Services to form a new estate management division: the operation will be based at 95-97 High Street, Esher, Surrey KT10 9QE.
The move, say PPS, is “a logical extension to the growing range of services now being offered by the specialist commercial and professional arm”.
Nick Woolley, who becomes estate management director at PPS, together with his team of land agents, will now be offering external clients the same property management services that backs Prudential’s own rural investment portfolio — 50,000 acres worth some £40m.
