Vehicle manufacturer PPS Commercials has taken a 60,000 sq ft industrial unit on Pilsworth Road in Bury, Greater Manchester.
PPS, which has signed a 15-year lease, will pay the scheme’s private landlord a stepped rent, starting at £1.50 per sq ft and rising to £3.20 per sq ft over five years,
