Pramerica Real Estate Investors has completed seven transactions in Europe and Mexico, totalling more than €200m (£178m).
They include the sale of the 100,000 sq ft City office, 11 Pilgrim Street, EC4.
Pramerica completed the deals on behalf of investors in its special funds, managed by Munich-based TMW Pramerica Property Investment.
