Pramerica Real Estate Investors has sold a Hertfordshire office block to a care homes developer.
Signature Senior Lifestyle has paid Pramerica around £4m for the 40,400 sq ft Bentley House on Pegs Lane.
The site has planning consent for a 79-suite care home.
