TMW Pramerica Property Investment has sold the retail park Rolling Acres Plaza in Lady Lake, northwest of Orlando, Florida in the US, to US Real Estate Gesellschaft Charger Management Group.
The company acquired the property in 2006 from US property firm Charger Management Group for $31.8m (€24.6m). The latest market value of the property was $31.6m (€24.4m), said Pramerica.
The property was originally financed through a loan of $26.5m (€20.5m) that was undertaken by the buyer.
Completed in 2005-06, Rolling Acres Plaza is part of The Villages development in Lady Lake and has a total lettable space of around 18,000 m2. Among the tenants are TJ Maxx, Ross and Petco.
