Praxis signs Loungers for Plymstock Broadway

Praxis has secured Loungers, the popular West Country-based café/bar group, for a new venue at Plymstock Broadway shopping centre in Plymouth. The bar group will open Divino Lounge in a 4,800 sq ft unit at the centre on a 15-year lease agreement. Divino Lounge is scheduled to open late June 2025, creating approximately 30 new jobs for the local community. Broadway shopping centre extends to 76,000 sq ft and the signing of Divino Lounge has taken the occupancy of the centre to 95%. Founded in 2002, Loungers operates over 200 venues across the UK under the Lounge and Cosy Club brands.
