Developers PSIT have prelet 30,000 sq ft of their Hanover Business Park in Dairyhouse Lane, Altrincham, south Manchester, to the VG Group at £8.50 per sq ft.
When completed, the development will provide a range of B1 offices on a 22-acre site. The first phase will total 62,000 sq ft in units of between 3,000 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft.
