Whitbread has secured planning permission for a new 150-bedroom Premier Inn in Hayes, west London.
Premier Inn will be investing approximately £13m in the new Hayes site, on the Hyde Park Hayes business park. It will develop the scheme itself and, once open, the new hotel is expected to create approximately 50 new jobs.
Premier Inn is looking to grow to approximately 20,000 bedrooms in London across its Premier Inn and new Hub by Premier Inn formats by 2020.
