Compco Holdings is to be Fuller Peiser’s new landlord at Thavies Inn House, Holborn Circus, EC1, after buying the 135-year leasehold interest from Prestbury for £12.76m.
The landmark office scheme comprises 4,645 sq m (50,000 sq ft) and provides a net rental income of £890,000pa, with rent reviews from next year onwards. The building is believed to be highly reversionary, with similar properties in the area achieving £323 per sq m (£30 per sq ft).
The deal increases Compco’s portfolio to over 30 buildings in the Holborn/Bloomsbury area, with a combined floor area of over 28,799 sq m (310,000 sq ft).
