PRICOA Investment Management has funded the development of the Tristram Centre, a 3,440 sq m (37,000 sq ft) industrial scheme in Brown Lane West, off Gelderd Road, Leeds. The investment reflects a yield of 9.25%.
The development’s five industrial units range from 474 sq m (5,100 sq ft) to 1,050 sq m (11,300 sq ft). Joint agents Knight Frank and Lambert Smith Hampton are quoting £53.28 per sq m (£4.95 per sq ft).
KF’s Mike Haigh said there was no new space to rival the Tristram Centre in the Leeds industrial market.
