Primark has taken a prelet on a 90,000 sq ft unit at thecentre:mk in Milton Keynes.
The retailer has agreed to a deal with Prupim and Hermes Real Estate Investment Management for the three-level property, located in a proposed £40m extension.
Gooch Cunliffe Whale and CBRE are the letting agents for thecentre:mk.
In another prelet, Primark has taken space in a unit in the Crown Estate’s and Peter Winkelman’s proposed MK1 shopping park.
