A prime, mixed-use development site located next to the Edgbaston cricket ground in Birmingham is being brought to market this week.
Warwickshire County Cricket Club and the Homes and Communities Agency are offloading the 6.8-acre site, which already has planning consent for residential, office, retail, leisure and hotel uses, for an undisclosed sum.
Located on Pershore Road, one of the main arterial routes into Birmingham, the site is close to the world-renowned cricket ground, which has undergone a substantial transformation in recent years.
