North West developer Primesite Developments is planning to revive a frozen office project on Liverpool’s waterfront.
The Columbus Quay project, previously rising to 14 storeys, will be increased in height to 22 storeys after Primesite bought the partially completed block from Ascot Property Group.
The development will restart within the coming months.
