Priority Sites has won planning permission for a £4m 30,000 sq ft office/industrial scheme at Callywith Gate Industrial Estate, Bodmin, Cornwall.
English Partnerships is to pump-prime the scheme to the tune of more than £920,000.
The eight hybrid units will each provide a 50/50 split of office and light industrial space.
Priority Sites is a joint venture company owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland and English Partnerships.
Robert McGuffie, Cornwall regeneration manager at the South West RDA, which is selling the freehold of the 1.68-acre site to Priority Sites, added: “We know there is demand in the Bodmin area for high quality workspace.”
