Simon Prichard is set to replace Hugh Bullock as senior partner at Gerald Eve.
Prichard, who is currently head of Gerald Eve’s City office and is a member of the board, will assume the top managerial role next April.
Bullock will become chairman of the agent and continue to lead its planning and development practice.
Prichard opened Gerald Eve’s City office in 1998.
He said: “I am extremely proud of what has been collectively achieved by the firm in recent years, providing a strong foundation on which to build. I am very much looking forward to embracing the challenges, opportunities and responsibilities of being senior partner at what is a very exciting time for the business.”
Bullock added: “Simon is the natural choice to lead the firm going forward. I am delighted to continue working with him and the board and our clients over the coming years.”
Richard Moir and Lisa Webb will also join the partnership’s board.
