Distribution specialist ProLogis has let a total of 500,000 sq ft of industrial space to four customers at ProLogis Park Alcala, near Madrid, Spain.
The lettings, to ATC, Goodyear Dunlop, Nova Line Plus Iberica and TNT Logistics, mean that the park is now fully developed and occupied.
Ranald Hahn, ProLogis’s managing director for Southern Europe, said: “The strong customer demand and rapid success we have seen at the park underscores its strategic advantages as a distribution hub for customers serving markets across Spain and the rest of the Iberian peninsula.”
ProLogis Park Alcala is 16 miles east of Madrid on the A2 motorway, which connects Barcelona and Zaragoza.
It comprises more than 1.2m sq ft of space.
