Construction management software company Procore Technologies has acquired project management software group Honest Buildings.
According to Procore, the acquisition will create the construction industry’s first full-stack platform which will manage projects from start to finish.
Honest Buildings has facilitated more than $20bn of projects, according to the company, and has received backing from investors including JLL Spark.
Procore founder and chief executive Tooey Courtemanche said: “Procore and Honest Buildings share a vision that centres around transforming the construction industry, and we have an opportunity to realise this vision through the development of a global platform that connects everyone in construction.”
