It never rains but it pours in April, and the same can be said for new developments – not just at EG, but in the wider real estate market too.
In April, EG delivered its new contributory data tool: Radius Data Exchange.
It is an exciting new product developed with the market and for the market to provide a real-time, comprehensive and accurate view of the market.
Elsewhere in the industry, ABP delivered the first of its sites at Royal London Dock; Ivanhoé Cambridge and Greycoat Real Estate transformed the Minster Building, EC3, in the heart of the City’s insurance district; and a host of property firms delivered unsurprising but uncomfortable figures in the gender pay gap reports.
