Project 3 — the 43,000-sq ft hi-tech development by Trencherwood Commercial at Waterside Park, Bracknell, is now fully let.
Dell Computer Corporation have taken the final unit of 13,000 sq ft at a rent of £104,320 pa. The other tenants are Taxan UK and Ferranti. Total income is now £350,000 pa.
Funded by Lazard Property Unit Trust, the scheme provides single-storey accommodation with 55% designated as office and research and development space.
The site was introduced to Trencherwood by Wilson & Partners, who acted as letting agents with Strutt & Parker and Pearson Williams. Dell Computer Corporation were advised by Bernard Thorpe & Partners.
