Mark Zulver becomes senior vice-president and head of operations at Prologis CEE. Zulver has worked for Prologis for 13 years and is responsible for leading the operations team. One of his recent achievements was finalising the sale of 11 Prologis distribution properties in Poland to Hines Global REIT Poland Logistics Holdings I LLC.
Zulver’s promotion is one of four that Prologis has announced for its CEE operations.
Bartosz Mierzwiak, who joined the Prologis team in 2010, has been promoted to senior vice-president and market officer in Poland.
Ewa Zawadzka has been appointed vice-president and head of development in Poland. Zawadzka joined the company in 2007 and was previously head of the business development team.
Marek Fischer has been promoted to director project management in Poland.
Fischer joined Prologis in 2005.
