ProLogis Kingspark has snapped up Verson Park, Darlaston, for £3.25m.
The 5.5ha (13.5 acre) site is the last industrial and warehouse development land fronting the Black Country Route, and is close to junction 10 of the M6.
ProLogis will develop a 22,296 sq m (240,000 sq ft) headquarters and distribution warehouse, on a prelet basis, to retail company Poundland. The project will have an end value of around 312m
Darlinson Dyer represented the vendor Metaltech, while Bernard Neville acted for ProLogis.
