Prologis double-clicks on portfolio sale

Prologis has put a portfolio of seven assets across the UK up for sale, valued at £100m – a 6.6% yield.

The assets are the unsold portion of the Project Click portfolio sold to TH Real Estate in a £140m deal at the end of last year.

Prologis is selling the non-core, relatively small assets as it looks to focus on big-box logistics.

It comprises three units at Prologis Apex Park, Daventry, the 185,396 sq ft Optima logistics hub in Middlewich, Cheshire, and the 171,907 sq ft Better Bathrooms warehouse in Didcot, Oxfordshire, as well as the 120,000 sq ft One Stop Shop warehouse at Wakefield Europort and a unit at Prologis Park Heathrow, in Hayes, West London.

Dowley Turner Real Estate has been instructed to undertake the process. Offers for individual assets will be considered, as well as for the whole portfolio.
