ProLogis has bought two distribution warehouses in Hemel Hempstead for £35m.
The sale, by Clerical Medical Investment Group on behalf of Equitable Life Assurance Society, reflects a yield of 7.38%.
The warehouses, units 1 and 2 at Buncefield Lane, comprise a total of 358,490 sq ft (35,812 sq m) and are let to razor company Gillette UK at £6.11 per sq ft (£65.77 per sq m).
CB Hillier Parker acted for Clerical Medical, and Holley Blake and John Peiser Wainright acted for ProLogis.
