Prologis has hired Savills’ industrial and logistics occupier services boss and a senior development director at St Modwen as vice presidents in its capital deployment and leasing team.
Sally Duggleby will join Prologis from Savills, where she was head of industrial and logistics occupier advisory. She was previously UK head of retail estate at Amazon for seven years before leaving to set up the agent’s industrial and logistics occupier team in 2017.
Duggleby will be based in the Solihull office, where she will work across a number of projects in core markets and help the firm further develop its Parklife logistics park concept.
Ian Romano will join the firm from St Modwen’s national industrial and logistics business, where he focused on identifying new sites and building a strategic land pipeline.
His responsibilities will include focusing on strategic land acquisition in the Midlands. He replaces Alan Sarjant, who retired from the business in March after 25 years with the company.
Romano will be based at Prologis’s Mayfair office.
Robin Woodbridge, head of capital deployment for Prologis in the UK, said: “Their respective expertise will help us further strengthen our position across our core UK markets and ensure we can continue to provide our customers with the best buildings in the right locations.”
