ProLogis has drawn up plans for a 1.9m sq ft industrial park near Charles de Gaulle international airport to the north of Paris.
The $100m (£57m) scheme will consist of five separate distribution centres.
Work on site is expected to start early next year.
Ranald Hahn, managing director for Southern Europe, said: “The area around Charles de Gaulle airport is currently experiencing significant public investment, with the construction of a new mega-terminal underway and a light-rail system and science park planned for the future.”
“We believe this investment will draw logistics service providers and other customers looking for high-quality industrial space near the airport complex.”
The park is located in Vermars, around 30km north east of central Paris, and around 4km from Charles de Gaulle Airport.
