Prologis has sold 16 acres of development land at Rugby Central Park to Hamdon Gate Developments.
The site includes the three remaining development plots on the park. Two plots have detailed planning consent for sheds of more than 93,000 sq ft and 120,000 sq ft.
The third plot, which is located at the front of the site, is suitable for sheds from 20,000 sq ft to 60,000 sq ft subject to planning consent.
Prologis has completed the site infrastructure works, which include development plateaus and entrance points for the main plots.
UK managing director for Prologis, Andrew Griffiths, said: “We are selling the residual land at Prologis Rugby Central Park in line with our strategic priorities and customer needs for larger development plots.”
Hamden Gate director Matthew Small added: “We are looking for further opportunities to position ourselves for the next development cycle.”
Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Hamdon Gate Developments.
