ProLogis has sold a site in Thurrock, Essex, to Legal & General for £12m.
A 378,000 sq ft warehouse, formerly occupied by Case New Holland, stands on part of the 15-acre site, which is located on Oliver Rd.
Consent exists for another 310,000 sq ft of shed space on the site.
