ProLogis has completed deals in Germany and The Netherlands totalling 964,000 sq ft.
In the largest deal, C Steinweg Handelsveem extended its existing 120,500 sq ft lease at ProLogis Park Eemhaven, near Rotterdam, by 18 months, to October 2012 while taking an additional 638,000 sq ft in the Rotterdam area.
In a separate transaction, VCK Rotterdam, a local logistics company, has leased 45,200 sq ft of previously vacant space at Eemhaven until December 2016.
Finally, Syncreon, a provider of integrated logistics services to global industries, has signed a three-year lease renewal for 70,000 sq ft at Saarwellingen, in Germany.
