EG presents the shortlist for the Property Marketing Awards 2014 and, while competition was tough, the independent judges have deemed these nominees a cut above the rest
Estates Gazette can exclusively unveil the shortlist for the Property Marketing Awards 2014.
Some 33 finalists across 11 categories are officially among the cream of the crop, as determined by a panel of marketing experts who, between them, have been there and seen it all in property and a variety of other industries.
Chair of the PMA independent judging panel and top–selling author Kevin Duncan said: “The judging process was great fun. There was a robust exchange of views about the quality of the work and the results. About 80% of the decisions went through easily. But there were a few close calls, particularly where the competition was at its strongest.
“The best entries had one or sometimes all of the following – a superb central idea, immaculate application across a full range of media, and an ingenious twist in its execution. They also had irrefutable and tangible results to prove effectiveness.”
Hosted jointly by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors and Estates Gazette, the awards celebrate creativity, ingenuity, and hard work in property marketing.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at BAFTA, on Piccadilly, W1, on Thursday 26 June, presented by BBC Radio 3 presenter Katie Derham.
Proceeds from the awards event go to the Chartered Surveyors Training Trust, which helps disadvantaged young people become surveyors.
