Property owners feature heavily in the latest Rich List, launched by the Sunday Express.
The richest, Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone (with £3.3bn), is said to own £300m of property.
The Duke of Westminster finds himself further down this latest list than in most others.
The List reports that he is worth only £870m and says that, while others might claim his property wealth stands at £5bn, “he can hardly start selling this off to release the cash.”
