A property tycoon whose empire collapsed in the aftermath of the financial crisis is expected to be made bankrupt after a four-year battle with creditors.
Moises Gertner, who once owned trophy buildings in the City of London and ranked as one of the richest people in Britain, lost a High Court battle to avoid bankruptcy last week.
