Planning and regeneration consultancy Nexus Planning has appointed Richard Shepherd (pictured left) as a director in Manchester. Shepherd joins from WYG Planning and specialises in providing planning advice on retail and town centre development for both private and public sector clients.
Colliers International has appointed Richard Levene (pictured second from left) as a director in its residential division, part of its international properties team, in London. Levene has more than 20 years international and London-based sales experience, and has led and developed international property divisions in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Brunei.
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed healthcare specialist David Kerr (pictured second from right) as partner in its London markets business. Kerr will work with the national healthcare advisory team led by Martin Robb, which has expanded rapidly in the private sector since it was established 18 months ago.
Hanover Green Retail has appointed Laura Thursfield (pictured right) as an associate to advise the central London retail agency.
Olga Rowley has joined engineering consultancy Cundall as business development and marketing manager based in the Dubai office.
Savills has appointed Sylvain Thouzeau as building performance manager in its property management division.

TH Real Estate has appointed Christel Zordan as head of France. She joins from Altarea Cogedim where she was head of investment and asset management.
Birmingham-based Pennycuick Collins has appointed Richard Bache as a senior surveyor in its commercial property team. Collins joins from Cushman & Wakefield and has experience in commercial agency, management, valuation and lease advisory roles.
Gaunt Francis Architects has promoted Katja Timmermann, Romy Franke and Robyn Thomas to associates.
CBRE has appointed Marcus Plaw as planning director and Philip Marsden as associate director in planning and development services across Bristol, the South West and South Wales regions.
Hartnell Taylor Cook’s property and asset management team in London has appointed Dezrine Conard and Kathrine Luckie as associate directors. In Bristol, Neil Jones and Gruffudd Hobday have joined as a senior surveyor and graduate trainee respectively. Aneta Bronisz-Antoniolli and Jessica Smith have been appointed as property administrators, and Ian Duck has been recruited to the facilities management division.
Retail property consultancy FSP has appointed Andy Stringer from Home Retail Group to lead its retailer location strategy service. Stringer will build on the firm’s existing retailer projects, which include brands Acuitis, Joules and New Balance.

Fruition Properties has recruited Simon Boreham as land director. Boreham joins from CALA Group and is experienced in sourcing and securing profit-generating land for private residential, mixed-use and social housing developments.
Despina Katsikakis, the workplace consultant behind the first iteration of the Google office design, has been appointed by Cushman & Wakefield as global head of occupier business performance. She will help the firm’s occupier clients – as well as the building owners and landlords seeking to attract them – understand how real estate can be repositioned to drive performance and productivity.
Multi Corporation has named Rüdiger Dany as its new chief operational officer effective from 1 October.
GVA has appointed James McFeely as investment director in its national investment team to focus on office investment. McFeely joins from Glenny where he was head of the Essex office.
