Marshall CDP has revealed its proposals for the 370,000 sq ft One City Road office scheme in First Street, Manchester.
The developer is looking to submit a planning application with the council and has revealed plans for the office as part of a digital public consultation for the site.
The existing office will be redeveloped into two new offices totalling 370,000 sq ft, ranging between 11 and 14 storeys.
