Argent Related has submitted proposals for the major regeneration of central Tottenham Hale.
Designed by AHMM, Alison Brooks Architects, Pollard Thomas Edwards and Grant Associates the planning application encompasses five pieces of land earmarked for redevelopment.
The scheme includes six buildings to provide 1,036 new homes comprising affordable, market sale and rental; 15 new retail spaces; co-working and office space; a health centre capable of serving 30,000 local people and public realm space equating to two football pitches.
Argent Related and the London Borough of Haringey agreed a strategic development partnership in 2016 to revamp the existing road-bound central lands by the Tottenham Hale transport interchange.
The redevelopment was first proposed in 2014 and was part a number of other large development being brought forward in the north London borough, including the £2bn High Road West and the controversial £2bn Haringey development vehicle with Lendlease, which the council scraped last month.
