Developer Prorsus has submitted a planning application for the redevelopment of Bowyers pork pie factory in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
Plans for the 155,000 sq ft Innox Riverside comprise an 80,000 sq ft Morrisons foodstore, an eight-screen Cineworld cinema, six restaurants, coffee shops and a pub.
The scheme will be built in time for Christmas 2013, subject to consent.
