Lamron Estates has submitted plans for a new 47,800 sq ft office block in Redhill, Surrey.
Lamron Estates, the investment vehicle for Malcolm McPhail, has submitted the plans for the new building, including 88 car parking spaces, at 73 London Road, to Reigate and Banstead council.
The development, called Prospero, will replace the former Crown Buildings’ Inland Revenue office, which Lamron has bought.
McPhail said: “This will be the first new building to have been developed in the southern M25/M23 market over a five-to-six-year period.”
The company hopes to deliver the property in 2014.
