PRS REIT has bought a 31-home scheme in Birmingham from Sigma Capital Group for £5.9m.
The scheme, in Handsworth, has been recently completed and is fully let, with a rental income of £320,000 per annum.
The number of completed homes in the company’s portfolio now stands at 2,559, with an estimated rental value of £23.5m.
A further 2,444 homes are in the pipeline, including two recently acquired sites in Doncaster, which will provide 118 homes.
