Prudential has purchased Olympus Plaza at Olympus Business Park near Gloucester from the Jersey-based Helm Trust for £2.68m.
The self-contained office building is let to Affinity Wireless for £241,688 pa until 2018.
Olymus Park is close to junction 12 of the M5, with occupiers including British Telecom, Serco, Cobe Laboratories, Hitachi and Signet.
Hartnell Taylor Cook advised Prudential and Alder King acted for the vendor.
