PRUPIM has appointed Savills as the leasing agent at its Wellgate shopping centre in Dundee.
Savills will be joining existing joint agents Smith Cole Wright and Shepherd Commercial on the 338,000 sq ft shopping centre.
Wellgate shopping centre comprises three levels and is anchored by Bhs, TJ Hughes, Peacocks, Poundland, New Look and Iceland. Other tenants include Argos and Superdrug.
