Foundry Properties – a jv between PRUPIM and Thames Water – has won consent to develop a sustainable mixed-use scheme on 100 acres of land close to the Madejski Stadium in Reading.
The £400m Southside scheme will provide 880,000 sq ft of offices as well as community facilities, ecological areas, landscaped areas and a hotel.
Detailed plans are being worked up for the first commercial phase of the scheme – an 80,000 sq ft office building. Campbell Gordon and Strutt & Parker are letting agents.
